1 tsp cumin seeds

1 large cucumber

Bunch of lunchbox peppers and hatch chiles or any kind of small pepper that isn’t crazy spicy

Handful of fresh mint leaves

1/2 tsp fine sea salt

1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper

2 Tbsp lime juice

Sesame oil

Few tbsp rice vinegar
