Ingredients
Bag of brussels - about 1 pound
4-6 Tbsp olive oil
5 cloves garlic, peeled
salt and pepper
1 tbsp balsamic
Spicy roasted pistachios, parm (I used vegan one), balsamic vinegar drizzle
What To Do
Heat oven to 400*. Trim brussels and combine with garlic, oil, salt and pepper. Roast for about 20 minutes, stirring about halfway through. Let cool slightly and top with garnishes.
