Snickerdoodles

Rolled them into 2 Tbsp balls and pressed down before baking. Used 1:1 backing flour (Bob’s) instead of real flour and white vinegar instead of cream of tartar (3 tsp white vinegar to 1.5 tsp tartar). Original recipe from here. They were delicious - maybe too soft/crumbly because of GF flour?
