4 cups thinly sliced red cabbage
1 medium white onion, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp kosher salt
2 medium carrots thinly sliced peeled
1/2 red onion thinly sliced
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
2 jalapenos, diced, without seeds
