Amaro Cocktail

My take on The “Lumberjack” Cocktail by Bon Appetit.

1 sprig rosemary

Tiny dash of apple cider vinegar (they use apple cider but using vinegar makes it more like a shrub and balances out the sweetness of amaro)

1.5 oz amaro

Topo chico

Few dashes orange bitters
