Ribs, Potatoes, Onions, and Garlic in the Roaster

Disclaimer: I used an 18 quart roaster for this. I know not everyone has one of those lying around so you can just roast all this in the oven at about 300* for 2-3+ hours.

Ingredients

As many potatoes as you have, chopped into bite sized pieces (I had about 8 cups)

As many onions as you have, chopped (I had about 4 red onions)

A head of garlic, peeled

¼ cup butter

¼ cup milk

½ cup chicken stock

1 tsp+ salt

2 tsp rosemary

Rack of ribs marinated (mine were already marinated in their package)

What to Do

Throw everything in the cooker then place the ribs on top with the fat side up. Cook for about 3 hours on 300*. You can vary the cooking time based on when you want to eat. We threw these in slightly thawed around 2 pm, they were done cooking at 4 but we ate them at 6. Kind of foolproof and totally delicious.
