1.5 cups hot water
1/4 cup sugar
3 tbsp crushed red pepper
1 tbsp black pepper corns
1 tsp salt
Mix water and sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Add salt and spices in water mix.
2 rings berk’s plain ring bologna cut into strips. Place in 1 gallon glass or plastic jar. Pour spice mixture over Bologna then fill rest of jar w/ white vinegar to top. Turn Jar over and let stand 24 hrs at room temp. Be sure to store in the fridge after 24 hours at room temp. It will last long time.
