I fell in love with Nuttzo’s nut butter with almonds, pecans, brazil nuts, and coconut. When I ran out, I attempted to recreate my own.
Preheat oven to 350*. Combine 2 cups toasted almonds, 1 cup pecan, and 1 cup walnut and toast for 10 minutes. Let cool then combine in food processor with 1 Tbsp chia seeds, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 cup unsweetened coconut, 4 tsp honey, 1 Tbsp coconut oil, and 1/2 tsp vanilla.
