Dried Beef Dip in Rye Bread with Veggies
This dip sounds weird but I assure you, it is delicious.
Ingredients
1 1/3 c sour cream (I used reduced fat)
1 1/2 c mayo
4 Tbp fresh dill, minced
2 Tbsp fresh minced red onion, scallion, or shallot
4 Tbsp fresh parsley, minced
4 oz dried beef, each slice washed (otherwise it’s too salty)
Chopped veggies (cucumbers, carrots, red pepper, celery)
Rye bread
What To Do
Mix mayo and sour cream then add other ingredients. Hollow out rye bread bowl and place dip inside, then cut up center of bread that you hollowed out and serve with veggies on the side.
