Adult Capri Suns for Post-Quarantine Party

One benefit of #quarantine is cleaning out/organizing my pantry. I found these adult capri sun pouches I bought from Amazon a few months ago (link here) and decided to use the handles of leftover booze from our wedding to make some. These will come in handy on the sweltering AZ summer days when I won’t have a pool and will still be stuck inside. Yay!

I made 2 different cocktails:

Blueberry Mojito - Monin Mojito syrup, Bacardi silver rum, frozen blueberries, ice

Rum punch - Bacardi light and dark rum, triple sec, frozen banana

Blend in blender and pour into pouches. Ta da!
